Cobras Lacrosse is a registered non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. We turn no child away for their inability to pay league fees. We are moving toward a nominal fee for participation with sponsorships, grants and donations as the main source of sustenance for the club. If you are interested in learning more please contact us!

AZBOXLA 2024 Indoor Box League
Indoor box lacrosse is the biggest, baddest game on the planet.
Tight space, 30 second shot clock, off ball checking, huge goalies that fill small goals, fast transition from offense to defense . . . Box is like basketball, if basketball was full contact, or hockey with a ball in the air.
Here is a stat for you; 20% of the current NCAA D1 lacrosse players are box players from Canada. Many Canadians play box exclusively, meaning they had no field lacrosse experience before they walked on the field in college. While American youth players are going to field showcases year round, NCAA coaches are traveling to places like Burnaby, Saskatchewan and Vancouver to find talent.
In fact, box is almost an entirely different game from field lacrosse. Box skills however translate very well to the field game.

2 Training and Evaluation Sessions
Saturday, June 1st and 8th
Players will be instructed and learn motion offense, house defense, transition, scoring, checking and more. Evaluations will determine team selection for the 6 week competitive game series
6 Week Competitive Game Series
What: Regulation USBOXLA games, 30 second shot clock, 4x4 goals, 6 on 6 (w/ goalie)
When: June 22nd, 29th, July 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th
Where: Peoria Sportplex
Who: 4 Divisions including Novice (Birth Years 2015,14), Pee Wee (13,12), Bantam (11,10), and HS (09 thru 05)
