Pre-Season Skills & Games

What it is:

Lacrosse practices and games through the month of September. Players will be grouped by age divisions (ex “8u” is eight years old and under) and rotate through skill development drill stations for fundamental and advanced training on weeknights. Games will be played on Saturdays including “Sixes” (played at World Lacrosse games), Hippo (pass every 3 seconds), and other small-sided competitions.

Tue / Thurs Practices at Thunderbird Paseo

Sat games at Montara Park

Times:

8u / 10u / 12u at 6pm

14u / HS at 7pm

Note:

FREE Introductory Clinics will be offered Saturdays 8am before the games. Every player is strongly encouraged to bring a friend, school mate, family, or anyone you think might enjoy the fastest game on two feet!!!

Boot Camp

• WARNING: Do no register if you are not prepared to work hard to get better.
• 60 minutes of small group training with emphasis on stick work, shooting, dodging, position skills and offensive and defensive concepts.
• Registered players will be combined with like ages / skill levels / positions for best possible development
• Schedule will be made based on regisration grouping. Squads or 2-4 players will be matched. Individuals or groups of team mates can register
• Training is at Montara Park weeknight evenings with possible Saturdays from Aug 1 thru Aug 29 
• All ages and skil sets are welcome but note Warning above!
• Sessions are $20
